It's Friday! Forget the salads, although I'm not promoting unhealthy eating but

if you feel like cheating on your diet just a little bit then that's fine!

To be honest, I pretty much prefer to eat most foods homemade because it's

fresh, healthy and satisfying! And I'm not stopping you from going to your favourite

fast food restaurants, but if you do have time, then I suggest you try to make these

mouthwatering and delicious chicken wings that taste just as good as KFC.

Here is the secret recipe:

Ingredients:

-10 or 15 chicken wings

-1 cup of all-purpose flour

-1 cup of Plain flour

-1 cup of cornflour

-2 eggs

-1 teaspoon of chilli powder

-Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

1. Remove and discard the tips of the chicken wings, if you want you can separate the first

and second joints of the wings with the tip of a sharp knife.

2. In the mixing bowl, combine the plain, all purpose and cornflour, 2 eggs, salt and pepper

and chilli powder. Stir well and blend the ingredients.

3. Then dip 1 chicken wing at a time to the flour mixture and place the wings in a plate.

4. In a deep-fryer, heat about 2 inches of corn oil or vegetable oil,

then fry the chicken wings in small batches and don't overcrowd the pan.

5. Using tongs, keep turning the wings to make

sure that they don't stick to the pan, until golden brown and cooked through 8 to 10 minutes.

6. When that's done, put the wings to paper towels to drain off any excess oil and finally

Enjoy!

*Top tip: If you're a dipping sauce lover then dip your wings with Sriracha, sweet chilli, ketchup,

mayo, BBQ and salad cream for that extra kick!

Have fun frying!
