Jom la, kita makan! (Come on, lets eat!)...
....Creating this post not only got me drooling, but made me miss all of the divine food in Malaysia. Usually I'd go back every year, but the unexpected corona-virus took over which cancelled my plans and that sucks big time...so to make it all better, I decided to go through my memories and share with you the top highlights of food that you MUST NOT miss out on!!
Nasi Lemak
The national dish which consists of coconut rice surrounded by pandan leaves, ikan bilis (fried anchovies), boiled egg, roasted peanuts and sambal (spicy chilli sauce with onions). Deliciously sexy which is eaten for breakfast usually.

Spicy fried noodles with chicken, prawn and beef.

. 3. Satay Ayam/Lembu/Kambing
Skewered BBQ chicken, lamb or beef served with rice cubes, shallots, cucumber and peanut sauce.

4. ABC Ice Kacang
It's shaved cuts of ice with flavours of syrup, red beans, grass jelly and condensed milk.

5. Ikan Kukus limau
This is a healthy dinner of steamed fish with limes, fish sauce, broth, ginger and coriander.

6. Ikan Bakar
Roasted fish marinated with dollops of spice paste, chillies and tamarind sauce.

One shouldn't miss this and don't be shy to eat by hand and be messy! You can have unlimited crab, fish mussels, prawn and squids....sort of like a sushi diner...and don't forget to try the crab soup!
