The breath-taking sights of nature, wildlife, mountains and a lush tropical jungle is a comfort to a hearty destination not to be missed in this South Asian region…
….. With the friendliest locals and enthralling cultural heritage, Sri Lanka is the easiest destinations to relatively get around. Start your adventure in Colombo which is the capital and then visit various areas either by bus or a van. If you’re budgeting then the bus is a great option, but if you like comfort or travelling as a group then the van is the best bet!
……I don’t mean to brag but my uncle is Sri Lankan, so I’m quite lucky to be taken to these amazing places via van, so throughout my times travelling over there, especially during the times of April till August, I want to show you some of the best highlights to add in your bucket list of travels…
1. Colombo
*Visit the capital, roam around the city and admire the fort view.
2. Galle
* Check out the coastal city of Galle fort and the lighthouse.

3. Kandy
* Definitely do not miss going to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth, enjoy taking a stroll on the lake round, the city and also check out the event for Esala Perahara which happens in July and August.
4. Pinnawala, Sigiriya and Dambulla
*Check out the Elephant Safari, ancient caves, temple and Buddhism.

5. If you're looking to chill at a beach or do some surfing or snorkelling, then the top beaches to go are Nilaveli and Bentota.

6. Nuwara Eliya
* This is the highland city given the nickname of "Little England". Any tea drinking lovers, this place is perfect surrounded by the views of the Botanical Gardens and landscapes.
7. Trincomalee
